MISSION

To organize and supervise the efficient and effective day to day running of XR-Air services Store in

Zaventem

To organize the receiving and the dispatching of all goods in accordance with all regulatory requirements,

XRS procedures and in timely manner.

To organize the stock rolling inventory.

To provide stock in respond to demands and dispatch in a timely manner in accordance with all

applicable rules and procedures.

L O G I S T I C S A C T I V I T I E S

Operationally, you are responsible to organize, plan, manage the activities and the staff on a daily basis

of the Zaventem warehouse of X-Air Services. This includes the responsibility of staff planning in

accordance of operational needs and HR rules, work planning

As Logistics coordinator, you make sure stores department is permanently aware of production needs and

urgencies. In case of AOG, you make sure, all means are put in place to deliver the parts as soon as

possible to production.

You organize the reception of spare parts, the storage of parts, inventory tracking, and timely delivery of

parts to production or to components providers (return of components).

Make sure all material flows are as fast as possible. You identify bottlenecks, activate your staff or inform

other departments accordingly in order to minimize all waiting times. You organize stores works in

accordance with transport and internal deadlines.

As per BASE maintenance requirements, manage commercial stock and ensure adequate service level.

Manage tools calibration processes and flows. Organize calibration staggering to avoid tooling shortage

Responsible to organize inventory process. You record inventory information and manage/report/resolve

discrepancies in a way that improves service level

You implement KPI’s, measure the productivity of your team, make sure every logistics staff hour is

productive

Operationally responsible of the creation and implementation of internal procedures.

PROFIL

Education : Bachelor in Logistics or equivalent.

Languages : fluent in French and/or Dutch and English

Experience : Airline experience in Part 145 environment is an advantage. Experience in a leader position

(min 2 years)

Acceptable to our quality department and the relevant aviation authority for signature/stamp authority

Very good knowledge of customs procedures and requirements

Computer literate

Driving license B + forklift license is an advantage

IATA dangerous goods certificate is an advantage

Very good management skills

Able to communicate accurately

Team spirit
